Well it has now been just over a week since the settlement of our management rights The Bay Apartments in Hervey Bay. It wasn’t long before you started showing prospective buyers through the property. Well qualified before coming and well informed by yourself as to why our property was a great buy. Then the right buyer came along. Our property matched their requirements and the rest is now history. The sales process from start to finish was handled professionally with open honest contact between yourself, buyer and seller. You made the months of due diligence, valuations, legal and negotiations tick along smoothly. Selling Management Rights is not for everyone nor should it be. It’s not just another business being sold by an Agent who can sell but does not have the insight into the business they are selling. Management Rights is a specialised industry and it needs only those with experience in the industry selling them. It also requires a dedicated Agent who doesn’t mind to go the extra yards when required.
